General Overview

PROTEC ADR 32 CM 2 is the compact high speed sheets counter exploiting ADR Counting Technology.

Optimized engineering allowed us to create a sturdy tabletop paper counting machine equipped with this exclusive system, that makes our sheets counters unique in the World.

“ADR” technology counts picking the sheets one by one with two aspirating plates, making it possible to count not only plain paper but also cardboard and plastic with no corner deformation nor scratching. In spite of its reduced dimensions, PROTEC ADR 32 CM paper counter can count a wide range of sheets weights (from 40GSM to 500GSM depending on the model) at high counting speed (max. 2.400 sheets/minute). Adjustments for changing the thickness of the sheets to be counted are extremely quick, without any mechanical tool: manual replacement of the counting plates will take the operator a few seconds only. The traditionally well refined B.MATIC mechanical system guarantees a sound paper counting machine. PROTEC ADR 32 CM 2 can be equipped with tab inserting facility to split the pack into sets of preset quantity (optional).

PROTEC ADR 32 CM  Vs PROTEC ADR 32 ST

PROTEC ADR 32 CM is equipped with latest ADR 32 technology and is designed to count especially small medium size and especially medium volumes. It has not the same heavy and sturdy structure of the PROTEC ADR 32 ST and it cannot be equipped with data transfer, variable tabbing or blowing table. For high volumes of heavy reams the PROTEC ADR 32 ST L/H/W is suggested. However, PROTEC ADR 32 CM can also be supplied with 70 x 100 cm table and base.

PROTEC ADR 32 CM VERSIONS

Three versions available:

  • PROTEC ADR 32 CM 1: FOR SHEETS UP TO 150 GSM, MAX. SPEED OF 1.400 SHEETS/MINUTE
  • PROTEC ADR 32 CM 2: FOR SHEETS UP TO 250 GSM, MAX. SPEED OF 2.400 SHEETS/MINUTE
  • PROTEC ADR 32 CM 3: FOR SHEETS UP TO 500 GSM, MAX. SPEED OF 2.400 SHEETS/MINUTE

PROTEC CM ADR 2

This is the model suitable for counting paper/cardboard and plastic up to max 250 GSM/microns and speed of max 2.400 sheets/minute. It is perfect for applications of medium volumes. Like all other PROTEC ADR 32 CM it is tabletop and optionally can be supplied with tab inserter, big table and base.

  • Quick and easy settings and low maintenance required.
  • Optic fiber system for reliable and precise counting.
  • Tolerance to curled sheets thanks to the newly introduced “Stabilizer” system.
