TAB-IN COUNTER tab inserter is the TAB-IN line item complete with mechanical unit and control, electronics with all fucntions, including the adjustment controls and the counting application.

  • Provides the counting and all adjustment functions to set the tab length and cut delay.
  • Counting pulse from external sensor or from the copy counter of main machine through the pulse cable.
  • Max counting speed = 25.000 sph
  • Compact control unit and tilting for an easy access on high and low pile applications.
  • Simple programming by membrane panel.
  • Application by pedestal or fixing bracket.

TAB-IN COUNTER tab inserter may be transferred among machines.

Accurate insertion thanks to “double ribbing” technology impressing side ribs on the tabs to keep them straight.

Tape rolls 200 Mt long for less frequent tape replacements.

MINIMUM WEAR OF CUTTING SYSTEM

With the new ROTOCUT 2013 featuring a rectified thick coated steel construction, and  a compact design for wear reduction.

Activated by lever system to increase the cutting power and reduce the cable curving and consequently the cable wear. Reversible (right / left).

 LOWER PILE DEFORMATION IN CASE OF FREQUENT INSERTION
With 80 GSM tape inserts the deformation of the pile will be lower than with thicker tape inserts.
FLEXIBILITY
When the room for installation is limited the roll support may be tilted or even detached from the main body and fixed separately. Many accessories and different positioning (front, side, rear, angled, vertical) available. Optional stainless steel guide can be cut at 100 mm intervals (standard 500 mm).
