NovaDense Plus is an image density booster solution which enhances the toner density on the laser printer film. The enhanced toner density on the film produces image quality comparable with silver-sensitised graphic arts film (lith film) and it is therefore perfectly suitable for exposing presensitised positive/negative offset plates and screens. This solution is ideally suitable for enhancing image quality of NovaSharp films used for applications such as Brochures, Newsletters, Sales Literature, Stationery, Forms, Labels, Books, Posters, Leaflets, etc.

Workflow

Usage Instructions
  • Shake well before use
  • Use NovaEnhancer System for image enhancement process
  • Do not wipe the wet film
  • Fan-dry at room temperature

How it works

  • Print image on NovaSharp Laser Printer Film
  • Fill approximately 300ml of NovaDense Plus solution into the solution tray of NovaEnhancer System
  • Switch on the NovaEnhancer System
  • Pass the imaged film through NovaEnhancer System with the toner side facing down. Ensure the film is loaded straight
  • Allow the enhanced film to roll out of the NovaEnhancer System completely
  • Fan-dry the enhanced film by holding it from the edge. Do not touch the image while it is still wet, as this can leave finger marks on the image
  • The enhanced film is now ready to use, for exposing the offset / Flexo plates or screen
Handling & Storage Instructions
  • Avoid direct contact with skin & eyes. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, flush the affected area with cold water
  • Do not inhale the vapour, as it may cause drowsiness or dizziness
  • Wear suitable rubber gloves while handling the solution
  • Keep away from any source of ignition and direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperature exceeding 50oC
  • Use in a well ventilated place
Warning Instructions
  • Highly flammable. Do not spray on naked flame or incandescent material
  • Harmful if taken internally
  • Keep away from children
